Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

  • Next-Day delivery is available for orders over £50. We must receive the order before 12noon Monday -Thursday to qualify for next-day delivery options.
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery are available for orders placed before noon on Friday or Saturday for delivery for Saturday or Sunday, respectively.
  • Items over 2kg can only be delivered next Business Day Mon-Fri. Orders placed after noon Thursday will be delivered the following Monday, except you opt-in for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • Next-day delivery is only available for the UK mainland.
  • Once your order has been dispatch, you will receive an invoice email with the courier details and your tracking number.
  • Alternatively, go to MyAccount, click on your Order History, click on the TRACK icon to link through to the carrier website and the tracking details for your delivery.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

When placing an order before 12noon Monday - Thursday using Next Business Day Delivery, your order should reach you by 6 pm the following day. 

 Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland, Isles of Wight, Island of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland following day delivery options are not available, and delivery can take 2- 5 days. Saturday delivery is not available for remote areas.

 

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERY

Orders selected for Saturday delivery and placed before 12noon Friday will be delivered the following day before 6 pm. 

Orders selected for Sunday delivery and placed by 12noon Saturday should get to the customer before 6 pm following day.

 

Items over 2kg can only be delivered next Business Day Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12noon Thursday will be delivered the following Monday except weekend delivery selected.

We want to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely, so we have carefully considered the carriers we use to fulfil them. Our chosen partners are Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Dhl and DPD.

Where can my order be delivered?

We deliver to any UK address and worldwide.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

What if my parcel is damaged?

If your items are delivered damaged, please email us at info@yourneedsuk.co.uk or give us a call on 020 3722 6589 with your order number ready, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.
